At Enya Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the instrument in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
